Abstract

The zeolite is an abundant mineral resource in the State of Sonora whose quality converts it in an important corrective factor of the deteriorated soils of cultivation of the State. The agriculture of Sonora in the last years has lost agricultural lands for the salinity, due to the shortage of water and the necessity of obtaining it every time of deeper wells what causes its salinization.

The present work approaches the use of a natural zeolite modified chemically to be an employee as booster of the soil by means of ionic exchange. The used method is similar to the employees at world, with the single difference of the chemical specificity, mineralogical of this natural zeolite of Sonora
