Declaration of Shipment

Ineditability and exclusivity. Authors must declare that the work submitted to the journal is unpublished, i.e., that it has not been published before; and assume the commitment not to submit it, simultaneously, for consideration by any other journal of any kind. They will accept that if they incur in any fault that derives in legal, moral, ethical or other conflicts, it will be their full responsibility.

Originality and authenticity. They must state that the manuscript submitted is the result of original scientific research or critical reflection. Likewise, they will declare that it is authentic, assuming authorship and the corresponding responsibility before the anti-plagiarism revisions to which it is submitted.

Declaration of ethics

The journal Nova Scientia adheres to international standards of good practice, integrity and ethics in scientific research and publishing. The journal subscribes to the provisions of the World Conferences on Research Integrity (Hong Kong, 2019), and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Institutional codes and procedures. In accordance with the set of regulations, rules and procedures of each institution for work with humans, animals, the environment and other living resources for research purposes, the authors must declare that they have complied with the stipulations of their respective institutions, as well as with the universally accepted legal and ethical standards for these purposes.

Medical cases. In the particular case of having used reports of medical cases or sensitive data, they should state that they have consulted the ethical guidelines for COPE, as well as its derivatives.
