Small and medium-sized companies have great significance in the Mexican economic sector, while simultaneously facing unfavorable situations that generate risks of economic losses and skilled labor; in this sense, it is important to study the components that intervene in the operation of companies such as organizational culture and job satisfaction. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the culture of commercial SMEs in Cajeme and the satisfaction of their employees. A study was carried out using a non-experimental, cross-sectional, quantitative and correlational design. An instrument was integrated and applied to 395 employees of 79 commercial companies. For the analysis of the information, a structural equation model was developed in IBM AMOS. A path coefficient of 0.82 was obtained, indicating a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, with a high level of association between them. In addition, a coefficient of determination of 0.68 was determined, explaining a high percentage of job satisfaction, which agrees with previous studies, concluding that this relationship is reaffirmed and that there are other variables that complement its explanation.
